    As a rapidly growing Company who are leaders within the automotive aftermarket has an exciting career opportunity for a Customer Marketing Co-Ordinator based at our Chester Service Centre.

     

    We are looking for a professional, experienced Customer Marketing Co-Ordinator who will be responsible for customer marketing including customer record keeping, marketing promotions and communications.

     

    Main Duties include:

    • Liaise and maintain relationships with a variety of third party agencies.
    • Write, execute, and deploy email and direct marketing communications to internal and external audiences.
    • Work with our creative team to generate promotional artwork and communicate to customers through direct email and mail marketing channels. Consider new ways to further develop our promotional communication.
    • Maintain and develop customer records on the CRM system.
    • Respond to customer and sales team queries relating to marketing promotions.
    • Coordinating promotions from concept to implementation and providing relevant updates and reports.
    • Work closely with the rest of the marketing team and other company departments to ensure a coordinated approach to marketing.
    • Market research and analysis of customer behaviour to improve and develop approaches.
    • Liaising with Finance regarding customer information.

     

    The ideal candidate will have a Marketing degree or be CIM qualified and have a minimum of 2 years marketing experience. You will have exceptional organisational skills as well as the ability to multi-task. You must be passionate and driven to help deliver strong results. You must have excellent communication skills in both written and verbal format and show creativity and an innovative approach to work.

     

    Experience of working in a customer market and of being responsible for a customer loyalty programme would be desirable however not essential.

     

    Salary

     

    Negotiable dependent upon experience

     

    Working Hours

     

    42.5 hours per week Monday to Friday
