    Launch your career with The Parts Alliance Group as an exciting opportunity has arisen for an Apprentice Purchasing Assistant to be based within our Chester Service Centre. As a rapidly expanding company, we are looking for high calibre, motivated young people to become our future leaders.


    The role will involve

    • Responsibility for the process and management of purchase orders across a multi-site organisation
    • Monitoring delivery dates and liaising with Sales & Operational teams
    • Monitoring & reporting on open purchase orders to ensure ‘Back Orders’ correspond
    • Uphold the integrity of data on the computer operating system
    • Provide support to Sales & Operational teams
    • Manage and work to department KPI’s

    Training to be provided

    Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship Standard Level 2.


    This apprenticeship is delivered through work based learning, this means that all training is done at the workplace eliminating the need to attend college. The successful candidate will be allocated an assessor who will visit on site every 4-6 weeks and deliver all of the training to gain the qualification and provide the resources to complete work between visits.

    12 months




    £3.70 per hour


    Work Hours


    40 hours per week Monday to Friday

    • Good administration skills
    • Excellent telephone manner
    • Ability to deliver excellent customer service
    • Basic numerical and literacy skills
