As a rapidly growing Company who are leaders within the automotive aftermarket, we have an exciting career opportunity for a 3rd Line Support Analyst to be based within the fast paced IT department at our Chester Service Centre.
We are looking for a self-motivated, experienced 3rd Line Support Analyst who Analyst who will be responsible for maintaining and administering our company's computer networks. Your primary duties will include maintenance of computer networks, hardware, software, and other related systems, protecting data, software, and hardware from attacks, and replacing faulty network hardware components when necessary. You will also be working as part of the Infrastructure Team.
Main Duties include:
The individual will be required to be available for queries during out of office hours. In addition, as part of this role you will be expected to deal with any system issues as and when they occur.
Technical Knowledge required:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background of working within a busy IT department and experience of understanding network infrastructure, network hardware and Microsoft Windows environment. You will also need to be able to implement, administer, and troubleshoot Microsoft Servers and applications along with network devices including WAPs, firewalls, routers, switches, and controllers.
Travel may be required so you must have a UK driving licence.
42.5 hours per week Monday to Friday
