    As a rapidly growing Company who are leaders within the automotive aftermarket, we have an exciting career opportunity for a Video Production Editor to work alongside our HR, Training and Marketing team.


    This position would predominantly be based at our Chester Service Centre, however flexible to work within the North West.

    We are looking for a creative Video Production Editor who will be responsible for the production of video and communication projects from conception and planning through to final edit.  You will be shooting on location and responsible for camera, lighting and sound, plus editing on a range of projects from internal e-learning videos to complex product demos; all working to tight deadlines.


    Main Duties will include:


    • Concept, Story-boarding and scripting of videos and assigned projects
    • Shooting on location, responsible for camera, lighting and sound
    • Editing of videos and other digital material to best communicate key messages to the group
    • Coordinate with internal departments to gather usable informative content
    • Create promotional graphics for e-learning and other assigned projects
    • Maintenance of the e-learning portal inc adding new starters, removing leavers, making changes to plans, analysing usage and liaising with the provider as required
    • Ensure organisational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stake holders
    • Plan, edit and write content for a variety of communications such as the company intranet and website whilst liaising with internal departments to create clear and professional content, style and presentation
    • Source images and artwork for communications

    The ideal candidate will have experience at shooting videos using DSLR cameras whilst displaying good interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with colleagues. You must be self-motivated and have the ability to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are a must.


    You must have knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro. Experience of using Photoshop design skills for image manipulation, working with wordpress and MS Office are desirable however not essential.


    A full UK driving license would be advantageous as parts of the project may involve travel.






    Working Hours


    42.5 hours per week Monday to Friday
