As a rapidly growing Company who are leaders within the automotive aftermarket has an exciting career opportunity for a Commercial Property Conveyancer based at our Solihull Service Centre.


We are looking for a professional, experienced Commercial Property Conveyancer who will be responsible for the end to end management of the legal process for commercial properties transactions to ensure a smooth and timely completion and advising on the technical content of documents and any financial implications that may arise.


The role will involve:

  • Responsible for dealing with sales, lettings, leases and title checks within the commercial property portfolio
  • Process and agree contracts, transfers, mortgages and leases and draw up all the documents that sellers and purchasers must sign in the course of a transaction
  • Acquisition of leasehold premises, lease renewals, litigation, disposals, conveyancing and landlord/tenant disputes
  • Communicating contract and financial terms thoroughly and advise on licenses and deeds of variation
  • Seeking to protect the Group’s interests at all times, while taking precautions against potential fraud
  • Collating and sending or checking supporting legal and financial documents
  • Exchanging contracts and completing the transaction
  • Dealing with all financial aspects of a transaction

The ideal candidate will be an experienced commercial property lawyer or qualified Solicitor >3 years PQE. You will have a proven track record of technical expertise in all types of commercial property matters and a good understanding of Landlord & Tenant 1954 Act, as well as Land Registry rules and procedures. You must be able to manage property caseloads autonomously and transactions from end to end whilst understanding and explaining legal technicalities. Discretion and respect for client confidentiality is a must and you will have the ability to work well under pressure.

42.5 hours per week Monday to Friday
