The Parts Alliance Group, a rapidly growing Company who are leaders within the automotive aftermarket has an exciting career opportunity for a Warehouse Operative based within our GSF, Kingston branch.

 

We are looking for an experienced warehouse operative with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, who will work alongside branch management to ensure smooth operation of the warehouse and control all aspects of stock handling.

 

Main duties include:

  • Ensuring new stock has been checked against supporting advice/delivery notes
  • To check goods for damage or mislabelling
  • Ensuring new stock has been put away upon completion of relevant documents
  • Relocate stock
  • Picking product upon receipt of customer orders
  • To carry out rolling stock checks
  • Ensuring the warehouse is kept tidy and passageways are clear of potential hazards

The Candidate:

 

Skills and experience required for this role include;

  • Experience of working within a warehouse function
  • Full UK Driving Licence (maximum of 3 penalty points) is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to work to demanding time scales
  • Strong organisational skills

Working hours:

 

46.25 (average) hours per week, Monday to Friday with Alternate Saturday Working.
