The Parts Alliance Group, a rapidly growing Company who are leaders within the automotive aftermarket have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Assistant who will play a vital part amongst the fast paced HR team, based in our Chester Service Centre.


We are looking for an outgoing Talent Assistant who will be confident in supporting the Talent Coordinator in the full recruitment cycle by sourcing potential recruits and engaging with new starters, through a range of recruitment focused activity, including using social media platforms.


The role will involve:


  • Assist with starters, leavers and changes by raising jobs on the ATS system and advertise on the relevant job boards as instructed by the Talent Coordinator
  • Source, shortlist and refer best qualified candidates for high volumes of vacant positions
  • Conduct telephone interviews for varied positions for branch functions
  • Manage the offer process by making contact with successful candidates, agreeing start dates and writing offer letters
  • Liaising with hiring managers and arranging face to face interviews
  • Assist in developing a network and pipeline of potential talent internally and externally by maintaining the ATS system
  • Interact with active candidates and headhunt talent via LinkedIn and CV database searching as instructed by the Talent Coordinator
  • Assisting with the management of the onboarding process for all new starters
  • General administration


Any other duty as required by the line manager commensurate with the post.


The ideal candidate will have proven experience of sourcing talent or recruitment administration ideally within a multi-site organisation or agency background. You must be able to work well under pressure whilst maintaining internal and external relationships with a high level of confidentiality. You will be self-motivated, honest and reliable with a positive attitude and have good interpersonal and communication skills. You must be proficient in MS office. Knowledge of the full recruitment cycle is desirable however not essential.




£16,000 - £19,000 per annum dependent upon experience


Work Hours


42.5 hours per week Monday to Friday
